How to Make a Robinson's Map

Step 1: Get a piece of paper and a drawing item. Make sure to use a plain white piece of paper and not the striped ones. Also make sure to use a pencil for any mistakes.

Step 2: Draw a circle, but make it wider than taller as this is a characteristic off this kind of map.

Step 3: Start drawing in the continents. Most Robinson’s maps have all of the continents on there. Antarctica is a circular continent which doesn’t show well on this kind of map so make sure you also draw it longer.

Step 4: Label oceans and continents and seas if they are big enough to show up, such as the Pacific Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

Step 5: Add compass rose on the top left corner of map. If you don’t have room in the top left corner then add it anywhere else.
